Order Processing Time

Regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout, it will take 48 hours for your order to be processed.

  • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
  • Generally, orders are shipped within 3-5working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 48hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. 
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping might experience delay due to covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email Marketing@hotwav.net & info@hotwav.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Warehouse Location

Our warehouses are located in Hong Kong Warehouse (Global Warehouse) / Germany, Frankfurt Warehouse (European Warehouse). For better service, your order may be dispatched directly from our warehouse for fast shipping.

Returns

By placing an order at HOTWAV official website, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to HOTWAV. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.

Delivered But Not Received

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. 

 

Military Mail  

We do NOT ship to military addresses.

About Tax

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other.
